The Church in the Valley by Larry Dyke ~ Texas artist Larry Dyke loves traveling through the Smokey Mountains. The rolling hills are so different from the flat plains around Houston where he lives. This is one of his favorite spots - a tiny town with a white church near Cade's Cove. Like most landscape artists, Dyke gets up early to catch the rising sun. This morning, it took several hours for the fog and mist to burn off, but there was plenty to "enchant" him.
